1. Delivery Coverage

We offer fast, secure, and fully tracked prescription shipping to physical addresses all across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Due to pharmaceutical regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship medications or clinical supplies outside the UK. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or freight-forwarding hubs.

2. Handling & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your clinical consultation is reviewed and approved by our clinical team, the order is passed to our dispatch department:

Approved before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday): Dispatched same-day.
Approved after 2:00 PM: Dispatched the following working day.
Weekend Orders: Approved and processed on Monday morning.

3. Shipping Options & Costs

We partner with premier tracked couriers to ensure reliable transit times. All shipping options require a signature upon delivery due to the medical nature of the contents.

4. Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

Biological Delivery Safety: Particular therapies (like Mounjaro and Wegovy pens) require temperature-controlled shipping. We package these items in specialized, validated insulated packaging containing clinical ice packs. This guarantees that your medication remains between 2°C and 8°C throughout transit.

Cold chain orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only to avoid weekend storage in courier warehouses. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive, sign for, and immediately refrigerate the package.

5. Discreet Packaging

Your medical privacy is vital to us. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes with secure tape and no mention of "Simple Online Pharmacy" or the contents on the exterior of the parcel.
