3. Clinical Consultations & Prescriptions

Our online consultations are designed to facilitate safe, remote healthcare assessments by licensed clinical prescribers. They do not replace physical consultations with your local GP.

Patient Declaration: By submitting our medical questionnaires, you explicitly declare that you have answered all questions honestly, accurately, and to the best of your knowledge. Concealing vital medical history or attempting to bypass safety parameters is a direct violation of these Terms.

Our clinical team reserves the right to decline any treatment request or cancel any pending order if they suspect a medical risk, clinical misalignment, or fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices for products—including Mounjaro, Wegovy, and other therapies—at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely at checkout. No order is dispatched until a clinical assessment is approved and payment is successfully processed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Simple Online Pharmacy, its registered directors, and clinical staff shall not be held liable for any side effects, adverse medical events, or lack of efficacy resulting from medication, provided that such medication was dispensed in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and our clinical guidelines.
